Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include tax where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Placing an order
An order is placed when you pay. Payment is taken at that moment, including for a pre-order.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is paid when it is placed and shipped when the batch arrives. The shipping window is an estimate: we will tell you if it moves.
Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Times depend on the carrier.
Applicable law
French law applies to these terms.
Mediation and disputes
If a written complaint finds no solution with us, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are in the legal notice. That takes nothing away from your right to go to court.
