What we keep, why, and for how long.

These terms are being reviewed by our advisers. Ask us if anything here is unclear before you order.

Not yet published: the address, the consumer mediator. Ask us and we will send them.

What we keep

To send you an order we keep your name, delivery address, email address and, if you give one, your telephone number. We keep what you bought and what you paid. If you open an account we also keep the name you choose, your language and delivery-country preferences, and any addresses you save. We never see or keep your card details: your payment is handled by PayPal.

Why

To fulfil the order you placed, and to meet the accounting obligations that come with selling. If you have an account, we also keep what you told us so that you can sign in, see your orders and avoid retyping an address — nothing there is used for advertising, and we build no profile of you.

For how long

Order records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, after which your name and address are removed from them and only the amounts remain. An order that was never paid loses your details sooner. What your account holds is kept until you close it, and goes at once when you do. Anything not needed for any of that is deleted when it stops being useful.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not obliged to keep. With an account, the first and the last are each a button in “My data”: one hands you a file with everything in it, the other closes your account and erases your profile, preferences and saved addresses on the spot. Without an account, ask for a sign-in link with the address you ordered with and you will find the same two buttons — you do not have to keep the account afterwards. You may also write to the address in the legal notice.

Cookies

This shop sets cookies only where it must: one for your cart, one to find the order you are paying for, one for the shop owner's own session, and — only once you sign in — one that keeps you signed in. That last one is set at sign-in and removed when you sign out. All of them are needed for the shop to work, so we ask no consent and show no banner. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
