Refunds and cancellations
How to change your mind.
These terms are being reviewed by our advisers. Ask us if anything here is unclear before you order.
Not yet published: the address, the consumer mediator. Ask us and we will send them.
Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Ask for the return from your order page and send the paper back unused. We refund what you paid for the goods once the parcel reaches us.
Cancelling a pre-order
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, and we refund it in full. Cancel it from your order page, or write to us with your order number.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photograph, and we will put it right.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through PayPal.
Where to do this
Everything above is done from your order page, reached by the link in your confirmation email or from your account. If you have lost the link, we can send it again.
